Updated program for presenters (Last update 21st July)

We have added a UTC/ GMT timing, to make it easier for presenters from different timezones to decipher the date and time of their presentation. For example if your contribution is scheduled at 23:00 PM GMT on Wednesday 28 July. Then for someone based in India, that is GMT + 5:30 hours= 04:30, the next day (Thursday). For someone based in Chicago, that would be GMT-5, so 18:00. For people in Sydney, it is GMT +10, so 9am in the morning (Thursday).

Please note that the IDs that are included on the programme are the ones of your ORIGINAL contribution. If you are not sure what the ID of your original submission is, log in to Confool (https://www.conftool.pro/escom2021/index.php?page=index), go to Your Submissions, and check for Submission Type: Abstract Submissions (and NOT Final Paper Submissions).

The different colours on the spreadsheet text represent the different hubs in change of the sessions (Orange for Australia, Purple for India, Green for UK, and Blue for Mexico) and the changes from the old programme (in Red). Please check the colour of your scheduled session(s), and if there any any issues on the day (technical or otherwise) please contact the hub-in-charge directly, so there is no delay due to time differences. The emails of the hubs are below and on the main page of our website.
