FAQ

How do I submit my camera ready version? 

You should go to OpenReview and find your submission for EAMT 2024 (you can use the link sent in the acceptance email. Then you should go to the button "Edit" and select "Camera Ready". You will be able to change some details of your and upload the camera ready version. The camera ready version should be submitted by May 6th 2024.

How many pages should my final manuscript contain?

As stated in the conference calls: 


Please follow the guidelines for each track in order to avoid delays in the proceedings preparation. 

What is the deadline for authors to register for EAMT 2024?

Authors' registration deadline is May 15th 2024. If you have issues with this deadline, you should contact the local organisers as soon as possible. 

What is the authors' registration fee for EAMT 2024?

At least one author of each paper accepted to appear in the proceedings of the main conference needs to register at the standard in-person rate (i.e. not as a student). 

EXCEPTION: if you are a student and either the single author of your paper or the first author of a paper in the Projects & Products track describing a student-led EAMT-funded project, please contact eamt2024@gmail.com to discuss your specific situation. 

Is there on-site poster printing?

Posters can be printed by the University's Print and Creative Services, for collection from the Students' Union building a short walk away from the conference venue. Rush printing (order by 2pm, collect 2pm the next day) is available for a £10 surcharge. This must be ordered by email (print.enquiries@sheffield.ac.uk) , not using their online system.

Alternatively, Ryman's Stationery has an A0 poster printing service which can be same-day. They can be ordered online for collection from the store, but you may need to order in-store for same-day collection.
