Details
This project is funded by the National Institute for Health Research and aims to research the effectiveness of digital health technologies for people living with Type 2 Diabetes who also experience anxiety and/or depression. The work is being carried out by a team of researchers from a number of universities, including the University of Sheffield, King's College London, and the University of Oxford.
About digital health technologies
Digital health technologies are things that you need a smartphone, tablet or computer to use, or a wearable device that measures something. Examples include apps, health-related websites that you put personal information into (e.g. about your symptoms, activities, nutrition), health-related websites that provide you with personalised information, and wearable tracking / monitoring devices.
