You agree to take part in the project and you understand that taking part in the project will include completing a google form questionnaire online.

You understand that your taking part is voluntary and that I can withdraw from the study at any time; you do not have to give any reasons for why I no longer want to take part and there will be no adverse consequences if I choose to withdraw.

Are the links to the questionnaire secured?

Yes, the information and data are stored on University of Sheffield system. The University will act as the Data Controller for this study. This means that the University is responsible for looking after your information and using it properly.

Who is funding the project?

No external funders are involved in this project.
