Each slot is bookable by 1 student for themselves. All students must:

How to book:
Either, use the section below this will take you through to book an available slot on the QReserve system.
Or alternatively you can go directly to the QReserve site and login, however this will involve slightly more navigation on the website.
Important
You will need to bring your u-card to the booked session, have access to your unique emailed QR code sent after booking and any materials relevant. If you turn up late, this time will be deducted from time of the approved slot. It's in your best interest to be on time. The staff reserve the right to change sessions at any time and priority will be given in instances of scheduling to timetables teaching first.
After joining the QReserve site (SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!) you should have access to view all of the Diamond+ bookable activities.

Booking on to the workbenches is handled by the QReserve software system. The following steps will show you what is required (details and screenshots in the section below):
Go to this website.
Click on the "My Account" button in the top right of the site screen (Fig 1).
The login screen will then appear (Fig 2), click on the option for "Sign in with partner"
Join the UoS MEE "Site" within QReserve (Initial Sign-up Only)
Note: You may need to go through an email authorization/password entry step in addition to this step.

In the "Search for your organization" search bar type "University of Sheffield", select it and click on the "Sign In" button (Fig 3).

After any email confirmation steps, you will then be taken to the welcome screen and required to join an existing Site within QReserve (Fig 4). Click on the icon for "Join an existing site".

A screen will then prompt you to search for the "Site to Join", type in "UoS MEE" this will bring up an icon for the site. Click on the "Join" button next to this (Fig 5).

You should then have full access to the UoS MEE site and can return to the steps below to find the sessions of interest...
