The main newsletter goes out around the start of each semester to let society members know what is running that semester and communicate any major updates. There is also a final newsletter from the outgoing committee around the end of the year to introduce the new committee and send off the outgoing committee and any students graduating that year.
These are smaller publications that come out when things happen to keep members of the society up to date. Events that may cause one of these to be published are listed below:

General Meetings of the society - These are events that all members of the society are free to attend where the large decisions are made including electing new committee members and amending the constitution.
Updates/additions to the events for the semester.
Disruptions to the functions of committee.
Any other information that should be conveyed to our members.
