Eligibility
This call is open to early-career researchers (ECRs), including doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, and new lecturers (up to five years post-PhD completion). The conference funding allows us to cover the costs of accommodation for speakers, but all speakers will be expected to cover the costs of travel to and from the conference. If this is not possible please let us know. Coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner will be offered to all participants.
Submissions
To apply, submit an extended abstract (maximum 3 pages) via the following online submission form.Â
Submission deadline: 13th of July 2025
Notification of acceptance: 30th of July 2025
Registration
Both invited speakers and other attendees should register by the 31st of August 2025. Registration will open on the 1st of August.
