Nikolas Stefanidis
Nikolas is using experimental and theoretical approaches to dissect the role of cell-to-cell signalling in early human development. Nikolas started his PhD with me and Anestis Tsakiridis (School of Biosciences) in October 20204. He is funded by a White Rose BBSRC DTP studentship.

Mohammad Amini
Mohammad is applying data-efficient multi-fidelity modelling to accelerate virtual population inference in immuno-oncology. Mohammad started his PhD with Wei Xing (School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences) and me in October 2025. He is funded by an EPSRC DLA Collaborative Award studentship in association with Certara UK.
