The day will run from 8:00-3:00. Please work together to determine a specific schedule for the day - taking into account all of the items that are to be accomplished. Please plan on taking no more than 60-75 minutes for lunch.

Clean up Curriculum Map Files (link to Curriculum Maps Shared Drive)
Go through the curriculum map files and:
Make sure that all follow the appropriate naming protocols (Q# G# ELA Map).
Delete any unnecessary copies or any that are outdated.
Create/Revise maps for each quarter based on new textbook.
MAKE A COPY of each quarter's current map and add "Archive" to the file title (e.g. "Archive Q1 G7 ELA Map").
EDIT the original based on the new textbook - ensuring that each section is complete (e.g. listing standards, writing benchmarks (one/quarter), assessment information and links, etc.).

Teachers must complete today's exit ticket to confirm their attendance and to provide feedback to help us improve future professional development. Only teachers who have attended for the whole day AND have completed this exit ticket will have their names forwarded onto the business office for compensation. Teachers are being compensated based on their hourly rate for WHOLE-DAY attendance only.
