Welcome to First Grade!
Welcome to the 2026-27 school year! I am excited to start my tenth year of teaching at Seven Hills. Prior to teaching at Seven Hills, I taught four years of kindergarten and three years of second grade at Westbrooke Elementary in Ocoee, Florida.
I am originally from Hopkins, MN. I graduated with a BA in Visual Art from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. I returned to school, while living in Florida and obtained my teaching credentials.
While living in Florida, I spent seven fantastic years working for Walt Disney World. Disney was a fun and exciting place to work. I met people from all over the world and became an even bigger Disney fan.
I have three adult children and one dog. My dog’s name is Scout. He is a very active Australian Shepherd who keeps me busy and loves to go for long walks!!
I am looking forward to a fantastic school year! I can’t wait to get to know your child and family. It will be a year filled with fun and learning!
