Plan to arrive on the date listed under Your Program
From 2:00 pm, you will be able to check in at Combo.
If your group is arriving via air travel, our staff will rely on the flight information you provide your study abroad office, so please let them know if there are any changes leading up to your departure!
If you are delayed during travel, it is imperative that you contact our staff as listed in Your Program information.

How to get there
When you exit the baggage claim are in the Bologna airport, follow the signs to the Marconi Express “Train to the City Center”. Tickets cost around €13 and are not included in your program fee.
The train will take you to Bologna Centrale, the main train station.
Upon arrival at the train station, look for exits signs to 'via de Carracci', not to the city center.
Once at via de Carracci, it is an approximately 12 minute walk to Combo.
Taxis are also available at the Bologna Airport. If you are in a group, the price per person for the taxi might be less than tickets for the Marconi Express.
