SCHOOL NURSE
Meet your nurse!
This is my first year as Shawnee's school nurse! My previous experience has been in OB/GYN, which is still one of my passions but have quickly learned that school nursing is my purpose. I'm thankful the Shawnee community and students have welcomed me with open arms! I grew up and currently reside in Jonesboro, IL, with my husband, daughter, pupper, Luna and two cats, Chubby and Kleo. In our free time we like to ride our Harley, grill, and spend time with family and friends. Please always reach out to me with concerns or questions!

When should I keep my child home from school?

diarrhea
pink eye (yellow or green discharge with red eye, usually one eye)
