Mrs. Schaefer

Welcome back to an awesome school year!  My name is Karen Schaefer.  I am principal for grades 6-12.  I have served Shawnee District for over 30 years and am looking forward to this being one of the best ones yet!  In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside.  My favorite animal is a turtle.  Turtles represent the power of steady, determined progress.  Their perseverance can be an example to all students and adults.
