Class Dojo & HERO Clip Chart

HERO Clip Chart

To encourage consistent positive behavior throughout the school, all staff/teachers utilize a classroom clip chart. If students are showing HERO behaviors that have been taught through classroom lessons, they can “clip up”. If they are not modeling HERO behaviors, they are asked to move their clip to a H-E-R-O characteristic that needs improvement. Once the behavior improves, students can clip back up. The clip chart is linked to rewards and/or consequences as well as their marking period conduct grade.

Class Dojo

ClassDojo is an online classroom management platform and app. This is used in conjunction with our HERO Clip Chart to track behavioral data and communicate with families. Students earn Class Dojo points for positive behavior, which can be used to shop during our monthly HERO Cart shopping days.
