Your Partner in Health and Wellness
I’m a certified dietitian with over 20 years of experience helping clients like you achieve their health goals. My journey into nutrition began with a love for food and a desire to understand how it impacts our bodies. Today, I’m dedicated to empowering others to make informed, sustainable choices that lead to lasting change.
Your Philosophy
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. That’s why I focus on creating personalized plans that align with your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. My goal is to help you build a positive relationship with food while achieving the results you want.
Certifications and Education
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from NYIT and am a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I’m committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research to provide you with evidence-based advice.
Personal Touch
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me experimenting with new recipes, exploring local farmers’ markets, or enjoying a hike with my golden retriever, Max.
