The Career Direct assessment examines four critical components of career selection to help you discover what you were made to do.
YES! (Your Extraordinary Self) Program is custom built for 6-9th grade students (ages 12-15) to enable them to understand their unique identity and empower them to navigate the stresses of middle school.
Career Direct is a comprehensive career assessment system that combines foundational principles with cutting-edge career guidance technology and statistics. With more than 20 years of development, Career Direct has undergone rigorous testing and validation. Teens, career changers and those nearing retirement can all benefit from the system.
Middle School students take the YES! Assessment online and then spend about an hour going through their detailed report on their personality, gifts and talents, interests, and priorities with a certified YES! consultant. The program gives students and their parents greater clarity and confidence as to who they are and what is their potential.
What makes Career Direct and YES! unique?
Career Direct/YES! are one of the few assessment tools to approach career guidance from a biblical perspective. Unlike other career guidance assessments that explore one or two facets of a person’s identity, Career Direct examines four essential components of career selection: personality, interests, skills, and values. As a result, Career Direct is one of the most comprehensive guidance systems on the market today.

SHARE Education Services
Sponsoring Agencies – $100 for for each assessment and consultation.
Non-Sponsoring Agencies - $150 for each assessment and consultation.
Others - $200 for each assessment and consultation.
This comprehensive assessment is completed online in approximately 1 hour. After completing and submitting to Career Direct, the assessment results will be sent to one of our SHARE certified consultants and they will set up a consultation time to meet with the client in-person or virtually. Our consultant will spend extensive time going through the report together with your middle schooler or teen and help them discover how they are uniquely wired including their personality, interests, skills, and life values. Teens will explore career opportunities in sync with their unique design and initiate an action plan for pursuing those opportunities.
SHARE offers an assessment in 20 languages (consultations are done in English) to help young adults determine how they have been uniquely designed and what career and educational paths would be appropriate for them. If the client and/or the family need translation services, SHARE will work with you to provide those services.
