You can become a verified investor by visiting the link and filling out the form.
Click on the link: Go to the website menu and click on “Institutional investor verification”.
Fill in the blanks: We need some basic information to verify your eligibility.
Wait for the verification: Our team will review your application, and once your investor status is confirmed, you will receive an email.

How do I find the companies I am looking for?
Visit the “Research Coverage” page to find the company you are looking for.
You will see the list of companies we cover.
Go to the Search Bar at the top of the page.
Enter the company name or ticker code.
How to follow and unfollow companies.
Activating follow:
Navigate to the company you want to follow: FInd for the company you want to follow in the Search Bar. There are two ways to follow.
You will see a pop-up box and you can choose to follow or unfollow.
Once you are on the company page, look for the Yellow Star Button below the company’s name. Simply click the Star to enable follow and you will see the button change to “Following”.
Deactivating Follow:
There are two ways to unfollow the company:
Click on “My Companies” in the menu bar. You will see the list of companies you are following. Find the one you want to unfollow and click the “Unfollow” button to remove it from your list.
Go to the Followed Company page. Look for the yellow star button “Following” and click it to unfollow.
What is Email Notifications?
Email notification is the email to keep you informed with the company you decided to receive. You will receive timely emails about any updates.
Deactivating the Email Notification is easy. Go to “My Companies” in the menu bar. Find the company you want to mute - your list of followers will appear. Simply toggle off the button.
What is Weekly Digest Email?
Weekly Digest Email is the list of your updated following companies. Every Friday, you will receive a concise email whenever there are any updates during the week.
What is MyReport?
MyReport is a unique investor tool that allows you to customize reports.
How to use the MyReport:
From the table of contents:
Click “Go to MyReport” on the company’s page
Focus on what matters: Toggle on only the sections you need from the table of contents.
Rearrange for your needs: Reorder content by clicking an arrow. Create your search sequence depending on your needs.
From inside of the report:
Find the menu: Move your cursor to the right side of the sentences, and you will see the three black dots. Click on the dots and you will see the menu of MyReport.
Annotation: Select “Add a new comment” and leave your comment in the report
Copy the Link: Select “Copy link to this location” and you can copy the URL of that part.
Provide Feedback: Select “Give feedback to Shared Research” and help us improve Shared Research.
Highlight for emphasis: Select the pen color, then the part will be highlighted by the color. You can visualize important parts.
Go paperless: Generate a clean PDF for offline reading. Take your research with you anywhere, anytime.

How to I schedule a meeting with noncoverage companies?
Shared Research will let you connect with noncoverage. And we do it for free!
Go to the company page of your choice: Use the Search Bar to find the company’s page.
Look for a green “Request a meeting” button on your chosen company’s page
Fill out and submit the form.
The company will get back to you.

Can I ask questions to the company?
Shared Research allows you to send direct messages to company IR teams. You can gain crucial insights directly from the IR team. And it’s free.
Go to the company’s page of your choice
Look for a “Messages” button
Fill out the form and submit.
The company IR team will get back to you.
If the company is requesting you to write in Japanese, you need to click “I can write in Japanese”.
Order the translation:
You can hire our translator. After writing the message, press “Click Send” and you will see “Request message translation”. Click the “Checkout” button and enter your credit card information as instructed. Your message will be translated by a professional translator.
