Allow or block notifications from all sites

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click  ⋮

3. Choose Settings

4. In left margin, choose "Privacy and security" 

5. Click "Site settings" in the list.

6. Choose Notifications  in the list.

7. Remove every entry from "Allowed to send notifications" tht you don't explicitly want popup notifications from.
