How to fix missing data in Google Drive

If you think that you are missing data when looking at the windows file explorer view of your Google Drive, then first check to see if the data looks correct when viewed in the web version of Google Drive. If it is correct in the web view then you simply need to refresh your file explorer data as follows:

1. Back up one folder in windows file explorer so that you can see the folder containing the missing data

2. Hold the Left Shift key down on your keyboard and click with he right mouse button on the folder.

3. Select Refresh Folder

4. This should fix the problem
