Graduates will be able to pick up their cap and gown, diploma/diploma cover, cords and NHS sash (if applicable) and graduation program on Wednesday, May 27, according to the following schedule:
Last names A - D (9:00-9:45 am)
Last names E - J (9:30- 10:15 am)
Last names K - M (10:00- 10:45 am
Last names N - S (10:30-11:15 am)
Last names T - Z (11:00-11:45 am)
The pick up location will be at the flagpole in front of the High School Gymnasium. Please display the name of the graduate in the back passenger window of your car upon arrival. This will be a contact-less pick-up, so please open the window that you would like us to use to provide you with your cap and gown.
We are pleased to offer a virtual Baccalaureate event for the Class of 2020. This event will be shared through YouTube on Thursday, May 28 at 7 pm by using this link. Featuring members of the Class of 2020, this inspirational celebration of your accomplishments is approximately 30 minutes in length and can also be viewed after the premiere on our district YouTube Channel.
Due to the forecast of inclement weather for Friday, May 29, the Graduation Event has been moved to the rain date of Saturday, May 30.
7 pm: Procession line up begins at GT Church
7:00 pm- 8:20 pm Procession to High School Parking (High School Lots DO NOT OPEN until first car in procession arrives @ approx. 7:20 pm)
8:20 pm: Graduation Ceremony Starts (tune into radio station 98.3 FM or view on live stream at TBA)
9:30 pm: End of ceremony/ tassel turn
9:30 pm: Fireworks display
10:00 pm: Conclusion of event
