Sometimes, removing your profile from the CB can solve a problem. (Sounds silly but it does sometimes work.) To do this, log out of your CB. When your profile picture comes up to log back in, click on the arrow at the end of your name. Click on the button that says "remove user" or "remove account". Another pop up will ask if you really want to do this. Once you have removed your profile, you can add yourself back on.
