Students will receive a packet of paperwork within the first week of school, but you can also find each of the required forms below.

4. Medication Permission (**Not required. Only needed if student will need medication at camp)

Please note:  There is a $75 cost associated with this camping trip.  If this cost is a financial hardship for your family, please reach out to our school administrators.
