The Wilson Teacher Orientation (WTO) provides a common experience for all newly hired staff to engage in learning opportunities about the Wilson School District's Mission and Vision, and District Goals. Time is provided to collaborate with Supervisors, Lead Learners, Building Mentors, and other members of the administration team in understanding responsibilities as they pertain to their role (ie. curriculum, staff procedures, etc). Wilson Teacher Orientation is a requirement for all new hires in addition to being a requirement for the New Teacher Induction program.

Wilson New Teacher Induction Program (NTI)
Wilson New Teacher Induction Program (NTI)
The Wilson New Teacher Induction Program (NTI) is a state requirement for all Level 1 certified professional staff in the state of Pennsylvania. This three year program that provides new teachers with learning experiences and opportunities to strengthen their skill set an educator. The following handbook outlines the requirements for the program.
