About Me

Mrs. Rivera

Hello!  My name is Daiana Rivera and I teach 5th grade math and content at Green Valley Elementary.  This is my 3rd year teaching in the Wilson School District, but I am in my 17th year of teaching.  Before coming to Green Valley, I taught 3rd grade for 4 years and 4th grade for 10 years in the Reading School District.

Before deciding to pursue my childhood dream of becoming an educator, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Albright College.  I returned to the classroom and received my Masters in Education, also from Albright College.

I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my family and dog.
