This is my 15th year teaching Science at Southern Middle School. I previously taught in Montgomery County, MD for 16 years and spent one year in both the Reading and Governor Mifflin School Districts. I graduated from Geneva College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and have a Masters in Secondary Education.

My family includes my husband and our four adult children - Emily, Hailey, Nathan and Matthew. In my spare time, I love to spend time going on walks with friends, visiting my children, baking, playing the ukulele and doing crossword puzzles. I also love all things related to the comic strip Peanuts.
