Meet the Teacher

My name is Steve Stambaugh and I am your child's 7th grade math teacher.  This is my 28th year of teaching.  I started in the Wilson School District in February of 2024 after spending the past 23 years teaching for the Muhlenberg School District.  I am a graduate of Shippensburg University with a degree in Psychology and Albright College for my teaching certification.  I was born and raised right here in Berks County.

My wife, Maria, and I have 5 amazing kids and, although we all have extremely busy lives, we enjoy every second we have together!

If I am not in the classroom, you can most likely find me on a pool deck.  I've been coaching water polo for over 12 years and swimming for over 30 years!  My passion for coaching is just as strong as my love for teaching.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking,  golfing, the beach, traveling, and taking my dog, Archie, on a variety of adventures.  I am a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Phillies!
