Within my classroom throughout the school year, Mrs. Lynch has been such a great resource as a second-year teacher! She helped me set up my classroom library in a way that's both effective and organized, going beyond a simple A-Z system to encourage students to choose books that are just right for them.
We worked together to show my students the importance of picking just-right books.
She also helped me understand the value of having students learn from the carpet, not just from their desks all the time.
Mrs. Lynch has been instrumental in helping me implement Total Experience Learning in my classroom. We use gallery walks and encourage students to ask questions and think critically, rather than simply following a teacher-led approach.
