My name is Kathryn Levy, and this is my 18th year working at Green Valley Elementary School. This is my 28th year of teaching.

I strongly believe in continuing my own education. I currently have my masters in Reading and I have my ELL (English Language Learners) certification. In my years of teaching, I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach first grade, second grade, and fourth grade. Of all the grades that I have taught, first grade is truly my favorite.

I live in the Wilson School District. I have two sons, John and William. John lives in Denver, Colorado and William will be finishing his degree at Penn State University this Fall semester.

I am an active person...always on the go. I love running, doing yoga, hiking, going to the gym, cooking...and learning new things. One of my favorite things about this summer was my garden...I can't say enough words about it.
