COPING WITH COVID-19

Here is what you can expect from the staff at EAST WEST MASSAGE:

As always, professionally licensed massage therapists and professional conduct.

Clean, sanitized, and up to code massage rooms and bathroom facilities. We have abided by all the guidelines outlined by AMTA and ABMP, our insurance providers.

Therapists will be in the best health condition to perform massage.

What we ask of our clients:

​We ask that you continue to wear your mask upon entering the building. If you have your vaccination card, please provide a copy or we can copy it for you upon arrival.

Cancellations and No Show Policies:

Late arrival for your scheduled appointment will result in less time on the table. Full payment of service will be expected. lf you must cancel, call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows for the time slot to be filled for another client.

Last-minute cancellation or no-show will result in a $25.00 fee. This fee will be provided to the massage therapist in waiting. In the event, you are a first-time client and the aforementioned is the result, we may not accept you as the client in the future OR the $25.00 fee will be added to your charge at the time of service.

Canceling an appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen illness will result in no fee charge. If possible, please notify us within 24 hours.
