Post-Graduation Celebration!
UPDATE: TICKET SALES ARE NOW CLOSED. The Class of 2021 is invited to a post-graduation celebration! The annual Cap & Gown event is a chance for the seniors to get together after graduation to celebrate before they start the next chapter in their lives. This is a chaperoned event and will be located in the high school gym following the graduation ceremony with activities for all the SENIORS to enjoy, including: gift/prize auction, games, raffle prizes, refreshments, and more!
Event Details
Date: Friday, June 4 from 8:00 pm-11:00 pm
Location: Wilson High School Gymnasium
Doors Open: 8 pm (please use the main entrance to the High School Gymnasium)
Doors Close: 8:30 pm
Event Concludes: 11:00 pm (students may leave event at any time but there will be NO reentry)
Please note the following:
Dress code is set by the Wilson School District policy.
Wilson graduating seniors ONLY...must pre-purchase a ticket for entry.
NO outside food or beverages and NO backpacks/large purses allowed at the event. Students will be given a sling bag upon entry.
All Wilson School District rules and regulations are to be respected and followed.
Spring Township Police will be present to ensure student safety.
Students will not be permitted to loiter outside the school before, during, or after the event.
Students must be present to claim a prize.
Wilson is not responsible for any lost or left behind prizes
All prizes (except door prizes) are given out as student leaves
once a student leaves they cannot re-enter
Must be present to win prizes
Will set up later pick up for larger prizes that student is unable to transport home the day of event
Student can only win one “big” prize
Max prizes student can win is two (including big)
Besides raffle prizes.... there are going to be NUMEROUS door prizes and candy jar guessing games
Ticket Information
Ticket cost: $20--includes T-shirt, admission to Cap & Gown party, refreshments, casino games, prizes and music.
Please Note: Seniors will not receive an actual ticket. Seniors' names will be on a list at check-in for admission into the event. T-shirts will be distributed at check-in.
Deadline: Must purchase tickets by Sunday, May 23, 2021 to guarantee a t-shirt size. TICKET SALES ARE NOW CLOSED

community donation opportunities
The Senior Celebration (Cap & Gown) is run entirely on the generous donations from Wilson families and area businesses. We are asking each Senior Family to help make this a successful and memorable event for our seniors by assisting us with an Individual Family Sponsorship Donation. Individual Family Sponsorship Donations are appreciated at ANY dollar amount. If you would prefer to donate a raffle item or gift basket please contact us and we can make arrangements for a drop off location and time.
Monetary donations will be used to purchase raffle prizes. Examples of past years raffle items have included and not limited to gift cards to a variety of shops and restaurants, small TVs, Keurig coffee makers, GoPro, Air Pods, IPads, laptop computers, school supplies, items needed for dorm living, gift baskets and more. When donating, think of items used for starting life after high school whether it’s college, trade school or entering the workforce.
