• Unexcused absences are not permitted.
• If you have a conflict that you know about in advance, please enter it on your PERSONAL CONFLICT CALENDAR.
• CONFLICT CALENDARS must be submitted at AUDITIONS
• updates to your CONFLICT CALENDAR must be made by the 1st REHEARSAL
• Cast & crew members are required to attend THURSDAY THEATER COMPANY MEETINGS.
• After the first rehearsal, all absences are EMERGENCY ABSENCES ONLY.
• If you have an EMERGENCY and cannot attend rehearsal, contact Mr. Reppert directly.

If you sign up for a PERFORMANCE IE, TECH IE, or SCHOLARSHIP, you are required to meet with Mrs. Reppert to rehearse your selection. You are required to have preliminary meeting and 3 rehearsals. To schedule your pre-conference rehearsals, sign up on the linked spreadsheet:

THEATRICAL MAKEUP KIT ORDER FORM

Cast members are encouraged to buy a personal makeup kit. WTC will not provide basic theatrical makeup for students.

MAKEUP KIT DESCRIPTION:

Ben Nye's Personal Student Kits provide professional quality and strict hygiene at a great price. It's perfect for high school and college actors who need the basics for stage, film or video applications.

Each kit generously provides enough makeup for a dozen applications.

Each kit includes: Creme Foundation, Face Powder, Powder Puff, Latex Sponge, Stipple Sponge, Flat Brush & Eyebrow Pencil, Contour Wheel with Creme Rouge, Creme Highlight, Creme Shadow, Creme Lipcolor.

The kit will last through several dozen applications, sufficient for production or classroom.
