Goal Setting

As a Leader in Me School we are always learning about setting goals. After watching the video from Barrett​, the grade 3/4s discussed setting long and short term goals as well as personal and academic goals. We have two class WIGs (Wildly Important Goals) - one is directly related to our school WIG, the other is to help us focus in class. The students each came up with a personal and academic goal. They are tracking the academic goals on the scoreboard on the bulletin board in the classroom. Hopefully the visual reminders will help us meet our goals!
