Concert Band (10, 20, 30)

Concert Band is a perfect choice for students seeking an experience playing in a wind band (brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments). Concert Band rehearses as a full ensemble every other day throughout the year. Students in either school band develop practical skills on their instrument which they then apply in performing a wide variety of music, through which they develop interpretation and communication skills.

Symphonic Band (10, 20, 30)

Symphonic band is a perfect choice for students seeking a more immersive experience playing in a wind band.  Symphonic Band alternates between full band rehearsals and sectional classes every day throughout the year. With additional class time and dedicated sectional work (brass, woodwind, and percussion), students are able to develop practical skills to a much higher level.  They then apply those skills in performing a wide variety of music, through which they develop interpretation and communication skills.

Choir (10, 20, 30)

Choir is a perfect choice for students with a love of singing to express themselves musically in a supportive and inclusive environment. Choir students with all levels of experience develop their technical singing skills and deepen their understanding of the language of music, while performing a wide variety of music.

Guitar (10, 20, 30)

Guitar is a perfect choice for students who have not previously learned music in a formal environment. In Guitar 10 class, beginner guitarists come together as a class and develop fundamental skills and knowledge in order to learn a wide variety of music as individuals, small groups, and as a full class ensemble. 

Guitar 20 & 30 are available for students who are ready to take on more technically demanding music.
