Centurion Athletics History

In The Pursuit of Excellence

Since its opening in 1974, Riverbend has steadily improved its athletic programming. During the last 15 years, Riverbend has won more tier 1 premier city championships than any other Edmonton Public Junior High School. The banners below are proudly hanging in the Centurion Main Gym and we will be ordering and hanging another one at the end of this year! We have been able to consistently raise championship banners while also helping individual athletes pursue excellence in their character, ability, and citizenship. We hope you enjoy the trip down "memory lane" as you explore some Centurion highlights, Year In Reviews, and a photo collage of some of our notable athletes and teams.
