Submission Process for Seal of Fine Arts Materials
The application window for the Seal of Fine Arts will be open from January 30 - April 1, 2026.

Download and complete the 2025 - 2026 Florida Seal of Fine Arts Music Program Student Application.

If you choose to complete arts-related volunteer hours (Option #3), complete, print, and attach the Volunteer Hour Tracker Form FA-4 to your application before submitting it.

View the list of approved District, State, and National organization events that qualify for Options #2 and #5.

If you chose to complete the portfolio (Option #4), review the rubric below.

Give your completed and signed Florida Fine Arts Seal Program Student Application to your preferred music teacher at your school before the deadline.
