This course is designed for Spanish Speakers. This a year long, high school credit elective that can be used instead of placing a Spanish speaker in a level 1 or 2 class.
Individuals who take these courses can progress through Spanish for Spanish Speakers 2, then Spanish 3 and/or 4. They may also jump straight to AP, Cambridge, or IB courses as part of their progression.
The recommended textbook for this course is Galeria de Lengua y Cultura 1 y 2 from Santillana USA.
