Self-Reported Student Academic Record (SSAR): many colleges use this tool instead of a transcript. Your counselor can give you an unofficial transcript to help you fill this out.

Bear Brag Sheet: give this (filled out) or a resume to anybody you are asking to write a recommendation letter for you. 

Transcript Request: only if your application requires a transcript to be sent. Fill out and turn in to guidance. If it can be sent electonically (most public Florida schools), it's free - otherwise it's $1 (per transcript mailed).
