Shara Customer Complaint Handling Procedure

Shara has a 24 hour support center. You can access Shara’s support center by clicking “Contact Support” in the Settings menu in the Shara App. The support team is well trained to address common complaints and concerns. Any issues relating to the technical aspects of the Shara App and its systems are routed to Shara’s support engineers. Any complaints relating to the terms and conditions and repayments of Shara facilities are routed to Shara’s internal credit risk team.
