He started his career with Sarthi Group and later moved on to setup the Merchant Banking division of Khambatta Securities. As a VP & Compliance Officer of Khambatta, he was responsible for IPO filings, due diligence & approvals, along with liaisoning with statutory bodies such as stock exchanges, SEBI and RBI.

She has an experience of 3 years in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. She has handled both Equity and Debt Issues on both Main Board and SME Platform. She has also done Open Offer of a listed company. She has been involved in Merger & Acquisition Transactions.
