At ShalBegin Services, we believe that impactful learning experiences are born from creativity, empathy, and collaboration (and coffee!). Founded in 2019 by Shaliza Jamal, a passionate Learning Experience and Multimedia Designer, our boutique studio specializes in transforming traditional content into engaging, interactive, and meaningful digital learning.

While Shaliza leads the design vision, she's supported by a dynamic network of freelance professionals—including content developers, graphic designers, multimedia desigers, and AI tools —who come together as needed to deliver high-impact digital learning solutions. This flexible team structure allows us to scale our resources to meet the unique demands of each project, ensuring quality and efficiency.
