Educators Rising is cultivating a new generation of highly skilled educators by guiding young people on a path from high school through college and into their teaching careers. It is a student group for those who are passionate about working with kids and serving their communities through education.
What we do
What we do
This interactive club focuses on enhancing our knowledge as future educators and serving our community.
That might look like:
Develop & implement lesson plans at elementary or middle level
Tutor younger students
Invite guest speakers in topics chosen by students
Plan and facilitate a community involvement project
Attend a student leadership conference
Attend college tours

Showing gratitude & recognizing both students & staff which reaffirms that teaching is a worthy profession
INVOLVEMENT
Creating opportunities to engage directly with students in a classroom or after school activity
SERVICE
Connecting with the community to address the needs of others & make a difference locally

Dedicating time to learning new skills to help us develop personally & professionally
UNITY
Collaborating with other students groups & staff to make positive changes to our school environment.

Playing is beneficial for everyone. It can add joy to life, relieve stress, and connect you to others and the world around you
