Operating in the spirit of a TRUE Mastermind Program, as originally outlined in "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill and Rosa Lee Beeland in 1937, this program embodies Hill’s definition of a Mastermind Group: an "alliance with one or more persons who will encourage one to follow through with both plan and purpose."

Unfortunately, the term "Mastermind" has been misappropriated by many organizations and coaching modalities that don’t adhere to its foundational principles.

The Power Circle spans six months and consists of a total of seven sessions. My team and I have meticulously structured the program to optimize your progress, ensuring you have ample time to implement the advice, resources, and strategies shared during our sessions.

In the first month, we will meet twice to establish a solid foundation and set you up for success. 

For the remaining months, we will meet once a month. This meeting frequency has been honed over years of running the program, striking the perfect balance that provides you with sufficient time to apply what you've learned, complete assigned tasks, and come prepared to share your insights, achievements, and any challenges you've encountered.

Our approach emphasizes accountability and customized support. Each session is designed to equip you with valuable insights and actionable strategies tailored to your specific business needs. Between sessions, you will have work to complete, ensuring tangible progress toward your goals.

We understand that life can be hectic, and there may be occasions when you cannot attend a session. We prioritize your experience and offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule. You are welcome to miss one session without penalty.

In the event you cannot attend, we will provide you with comprehensive session notes, ensuring you receive all the key takeaways and valuable insights discussed. Our goal is to keep you informed and engaged, even if you're unable to join us live.

At The Power Circle, we emphasize creating a safe, supportive environment for our members. To foster trust and encourage candid conversations, we do not share recordings of our sessions. This policy helps maintain a sense of privacy, allowing members to express their thoughts, concerns, and experiences freely. To ensure an intimate and focused learning experience, we limit our program to just 5-6 members. Once these spots are filled, we will not be able to accept any additional participants.

I’m Shadi (pronounced sha-dee), which means "happiness." As a seasoned entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience, including four startups and two successful exits, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My true passion lies in helping business owners unlock their full potential and align the latest technology with their strategic goals, avoiding the pitfalls of "shiny object syndrome."
