Week of June 1st - June 3rd
On the day of graduation, please make sure all students are here ON TIME at 7:45/8:00AM.
Please DO NOT send children in with any belongings on the day of graduation. Children will be dismissed from Everett Hall following the ceremony. We will not be coming back to the classroom to retrieve any belongings. NO school bags, water bottles, snacks, etc.
Graduation Ceremony will be starting PROMPTLY at 9:00AM. Please make sure to be seated and ready. The whole first three pews on each center side of the church will be reserved and we ask that nobody sits in these pews.
Graduation: Each child will have a line that he/she will be speaking at the graduation ceremony. The lines were printed out and sent home in your child's folder on Monday/Tuesday. Please make sure to practice them at home with your child leading up to the ceremony. Graduation will be held in the church on June 3rd at 9:00am. All children may wear their Sunday Best. There will be refreshements in Everett Hall following the ceremony. Families are welcome to come watch !! All students are dismissed from school following the graduation/refreshments and summer break will begin at this time. NO CARES.
Last Day of School is June 3rd. Prek4 closing ceremony will be held on this day and ALL students are dismissed from school following the show. Ceremony will begin at 9:00AM. Plan on dismissal for 9:45/10:00AM.
Seeing as we only have two days next week, rest mats are optional. We will still have a rest time, however, students are welcome to just sit in chairs or on the rug if they wish. We will be putting on something to watch during their rest time so the choice is theirs!

Reminders:
If your child receives soft pretzels for snack, Pretzel Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
Please pack child's snack time snack separate from lunch. Our hope is each child can quickly and easily grab their snack from their school bag at snack time instead of rooting through their lunch box at snack time. Thank you!
Please, make sure to return rest mats to school every Monday.

If there are changes in dismissal plans, please, notify teacher and office by 2:00 pm at the latest. Pack up and dismissal procedures begin at 2:00 pm.
If you would ever like to be a mystery reader in the classroom, we would love to have you!! Clearances need to be on file with the office in order to be a mystery reader. Mystery readers make a great birthday celebration surprise!
Summer birthdays: If your child has a summer birthday and would like to celebrate in school there are a few options. They can celebrate their half birthdays or we can celebrate the last week of school! Please, let me know a few days ahead of time if and when you would like to celebrate your child's birthday. It is also okay if you choose not to! Friendly reminder, we are a nut free classroom.
