⭐ New Communication Effort ⭐: SGGS is taking steps to support the environment and is moving forward with a new initiative on paper communications. We know that paper communication and flyers are still the primary choice for announcements and reminders from the school or your child's classroom, so please look for light yellow papers in your child's take-home folders for all important event/collection/and otherwise informational communications. If it's yellow...it's important! The Saints Weekly and Google Calendar remain the most up-to-date and accurate forms of communication. If you have questions about access to those, please connect with Mrs. Kimener (Saints Weekly) or Mrs. Thompson (Calendars)
NO SCHOOL: October 9th- No school for students due to Parent/Teacher Conferences
NO SCHOOL: October 12th- No school for students due to Professional Development
FORGOTTEN ITEMS: We only accept lunches and eyeglasses as items to drop off to students if forgotten. Please note, we cannot accept anything other than these 2 items. This includes forgotten Chromebooks, homework, projects, instruments, backpacks, water bottles, sports uniforms, etc. As stated in the handbook: Students are not permitted to use the school phone for forgotten books, homework, and/or gym/sport clothes. Students are responsible for coming to school with all items needed for the day. If a student forgets a lunch, it can be dropped off at the main office, and it will be delivered to the student. Delivery of commercial fast-food lunches is not permitted.

The Catholic Daughters Annual Christmas Craft Bazaar: Court #1881 will host their Annual Christmas Craft Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 14th in SGGS gym from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Tables are available to rent for $30.00 early bird and $35.00 after Oct. 31st. A large variety of crafts and food for purchase, baked goods, free door prizes, and fun! If interested in a table, please call Sue at St. Gregory’s Church at 757-497-8330.
