📘 Yearbooks have arrived on campus and will be distributed on Tuesday, May 26th. If you did not order a yearbook, you may still do so directly through the publisher HERE, and the book will be shipped to your home or you may order one HERE to be delivered to your child on Tuesday in their classroom but these books are limited in number and will sell fast! Please email Mrs. Thompson with questions!

🎹Baby Grand Pianos for FREE SGGS has two baby grand pianos available "as-is" for free to anyone who can pick them up. Please email office@sggsvb.org if you are interested.

💲Credit balances in FACTS There have been several cancellations for field trips and other activities where you may have been given a credit balance on your FACTS account. Credits may be applied toward tuition or prepay lunch accounts. Please email the business office at ngaw@sggsvb.org with guidance as to how you would like to process your credit balance.
🌡️From the Clinic Immunizations for 2026-2027: As we prepare for the upcoming school year, this is a reminder that all Rising K and Rising 7th grade students must meet Virginia's immunization requirement prior to the first day of school. In accordance with Virginia guidelines, all Rising K students must have completed a series of required childhood immunizations and Rising 7th grade students must have received the Tdap booster and Meningococcal vaccine prior to the first day of school. An email will be sent with more details.
🏥 Medication Pick-up Please pickup medications from the SGGS Clinic no earlier than Thursday, May 28 or on your students last day of school. The clinic will also be open Monday, June 1, from 0900-1100 for medication pick up. After that date all medication will be disposed of per school policy.
💲TAX INFORMATION Beyond the Bell Tax Information Parents needing Beyond the Bell payment information for taxes can obtain a receipt for the calendar year by following the instructions here.
