Planning of Activities

• Tutors would be assigned a certain schedule to follow every week.

• Tutors will only be assigned to a maximum of 2 tutoring sessions per week, provided that each session will last an hour. (Tutors with 30-minute sessions will be allowed a maximum of 4 sessions per week)

• Tutors will be responsible for only a maximum of four students.

• Tutors can be assigned to either group sessions or 1:1 sessions, wherein group sessions will be composed of 1 tutor managing 3 students.

• Tutors will be asked for the subjects of their best knowledge, and the tutors will be prioritized when assigning tutors.

• Tutoring will be available every Tuesday to Saturday, after class hours for weekdays, and any available hour during Saturdays.

• Available from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturdays, and no sessions will be permitted aside from these hours.
