Library Circulation Policy

• Students are responsible for handling library books with care. Please keep books away from pets, food, and all liquids. Help your child find a safe place to keep books at home and help them to return them on time.

• Any book damage should be reported to the library as soon as possible so we can attempt repairs. 

• Library books may be kept for two weeks, and then must be returned.  A book may be renewed (checked out again) if the student is not finished reading it. Books need to be returned before new books can be borrowed. 

• If a book is lost or damaged, a replacement is expected to be provided by the family.

Library Program: the library fosters a community of learning and literacy that leads to high academic achievement, independent reading and learning, and collaboration throughout the school.
