College exams

College bound Seniors! Remember to register for the ACT/SAT. Be sure to sign up for the tests required by the colleges you plan to apply to by the deadlines they require (UC's will accept scores from the December sittings of both tests; and most CSU's accept scores from December, but some schools prefer them to be taken by November or even October.) Check all intended colleges’ websites to be certain of required dates! Keep in mind that the CSU's and the UC's require either the ACT or SAT scores as part of their application criteria and while neither public system requires the SAT Subject test scores, many more selective UC programs will use them to enhance a student's application criteria. Private and out of state public schools vary, so be sure to check their websites. Stop by the Counseling Office to register for the ACT/SAT, or go to:
