First Step: Parent and Teacher Communication via Phone or Email 

Second Step: Opportunity for Improvement - 2 week time period

Third Step: Meeting with Parent, Teacher, and Admin to create agreements and improvement plans

Fourth Step: Final Review Meeting if needed, to evaluate whether a class change is the best option
