All K-5 students use Amira Tutoring to practice:
Foundational skills
Oral reading fluency
Comprehension
Amira Tutoring adjusts to each student’s pace to provide an appropriate amount of challenging practice
When Does Amira Tutoring Happen?
When Does Amira Tutoring Happen?
Amira Tutoring is part of your language arts instructional block (115-125 min).
Amira Tutoring takes place during small group or independent time.
Amira does NOT replace whole group direct instruction!
Students should NOT be pulled during this time for Amira tutoring

The guidance is for students to use Amira 30 minutes/WEEK.
That time can be divided across the week.
